Meet Dr. Yee


Dr. Yee graduated from Barnard College, Columbia University with a Bachelors of Arts in English and then pursued post-baccalaureate pre-medical work at the school of General Studies at Columbia University. She then attended medical school at the Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University in New York where she earned her MD.

She received her training in Internal Medicine at the Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital in California completing residency from 2000-2003 where she served as Chief Medical Resident in her final year. 

She completed a prestigious full-time fellowship in Integrative Medicine at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York. During that time she received immersive training in botanical medicine, integrative pain management, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) with Jon Kabat-Zinn and Saki Santorelli, Food as Medicine with James S. Gordon MD at the Center for Mind-Body Medicine, and training through the Institute of Functional Medicine with Jeffrey Bland MD. She also trained in Clinical Hypnotherapy at Milton H. Erickson Society for Psychotherapy and Hypnosis and certified in medical acupuncture at the UCLA School of Medicine.
